Colorado sweet corn, Colorado cantaloupe, Colorado eggs (I figured out hard boiled eggs at high altitude!) and non local tomatoes (oh well). The sweet corn is extra awesome since I bought it from a farm stand in northeast Colorado that we stopped at between airport inspections yesterday.
Hey Carrie, have you been to the local farmer's market in Golden on Saturday mornings? I saw an ad for it on Monday and wished we knew ahead of time...would have been fun to check it out.
ReplyDeleteNo, I haven't. There's a few farmer's markets close to where I live, but it's tough to make it to them since I'm trying to do too many things.
