My favorite salad dressing

First off, thank you to everyone who's left me comments!  I'm glad you're enjoying hearing about my adventures out here.  And anyone who wants is welcome to visit us any time.  We like playing tour guide!

I had a salad with my favorite dressing in the world-- olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.  So simple, elegant, and delicious.  And I have my grandma to thank for introducing me to it.  My grandma whose birthday was yesterday-- Happy birthday Grandma!

In the last 24 hours I have made (all from scratch):

• Peach ice cream
• Peach cornmeal upside down cake (sounds weird but delicious)
• Chili
• Cornbread muffins

I think I'm ready to not cook for a week or so.

I'll be out all weekend.  We're going camping up Guanella Pass and climbing Mount Bierstadt.  I'll try not to fall off the mountain or get eaten by a bear.  And I promise to take lots of pictures.
